I cherish/treasure/hold dear these traditions and strive/aim/endeavor to preserve/protect/share them with future generations. My Malaysian heritage is more than just a part of my identity/past/background; it's an integral part/aspect/element of who I am, and I am proud to embrace/celebrate/honour it every day.
